Special Instructions

Parking is available in the Parking Garage located on Norton Ave, attached to the building. Bring your parking ticket in and we will validate your parking.
If the garage is full, you can park across the street, 5th Ave, in the open parking lots. We are a small space and at this time cannot accommodate extra people.

  • Appointment Cancellation Policy

    We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment.

    At Poiema Salon we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other guests on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot.

    To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment via our online portal. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
